I could not recommend buying it, which is a shame since his ideas seem very interesting and worth exploring.
This might be genius. I’m not sure what sort of lifestyle has room for the “ideal” amount of exercise. However, I was usually thinking of mental exertion.

Author talks about different factors which plays a major role in our body. I think I just wrote a long journal entry sparo to pass as a book review. From the standpoint of a woman who would like to be healthier, I found it a little daunting.

But compare this to NurtureShock. Driven to Distraction Delivered from Distraction I don’t like exercising because it is “healthy”; I find that reasoning way too wishy-washy for my brain to wrap around. Second, he then becomes repetitive.

All in all, if there was one silver bullet that magically possessed all humans needed to thrive and be healthy both mentally and physically exercise would be it. Exercise is one of the few ways to counter the process of aging because it slows down the natural decline of eatey stress threshold. Exercise improves both the body and the mind.
