The plot is not too predictive nor does it hold year much thd suspense. After the new court magician, Jazhara is introduced to the Prince, Arutha, James is tasked with taking Jazhara on a tour of Krondor.

Jimmy is settled up, William also don’t change, but he wasn’t main character this time so maybe that’s the case. Pug’s son should be compelling; his story should be fascinating – but I can’t help but see him as some toy-sword swinging doctor doolittle! And more Jimmy, which is always a pleasure.
